Nuffnang Turns Two
In a newsletter via email to Nuffnangers, Nuffnang founders Timothy Tiah and Cheo Ming Shen happily announced its second birthday today. It was two years at around 2:30 in the morning when both of them launched Nuffnang's beta version.
Two years later Nuffnang has outstripped its wildest imaginations, growing from an office in Penang to having regional offices in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Manila and Melbourne. The number of Nuffnangers in the region had also grown from 75 on the first day of launch to over 85,000 as of February 2009. On top of that, the amount of ad money that Nuffnang pumps into the blogosphere can no longer be described in the thousands or hundreds of thousands but instead has shot far into the millions.The phenomenal growth story of Nuffnang is the result of lots of luck and good people. From the amazing capable people they have in the constantly growing Nuffnang Team (The Nuffies) and to the clients that put its faith in them, they have all contributed to making Nuffnang what it is today.
