SSS Online Inquiry view SSS contributions
If you are a member of the Social Security System or SSS, you need to know how to make an online inquiry on loan balances and contributions. Wherever you may be at any hour of the day, you can access the SSS online web inquiry system.
Here's how:
1. Register an account. You will need a User ID and Password upon login. If you don't have an account yet, sign-up here. You need to accept the security certificate.
- If you are Self-Employed / Voluntary / Non-working Spouse / Overseas Contract Worker, you need to provide any SBR NO. found on the RS5 Receipt Form of SSS paid at least 6 months prior to the current date.
- If Employed / HouseHold, provide the SS Employer ID / Household SS Number where you worked for at least six months. It is very important that you have the data corresponding your employment status, or else your online registration will not be completed.
2. Online Inquiry: Using your registered User ID and Password, login as Member or Employer here.

hello to you. may I ask, what browser are you using? if you're using firefox, see the security certificate if it's present.
go to Tools\Options\Advanced\Encryption\View Certificates\Web Sites and look for SSS then delete it.
access https://www.sss.gov.ph/sss/member.jsp again and accept the certificate. hope this helped.

Yep, til now may problem pa rin yun SSS website. still bout security certificate, ala naman nakalagay dun sa box na certificate na pipiliin. Sana maayos na ng maaga, hassle pa to go to their office, ansusungit pa ng tao. waaahhhh!!!

Before we can inquire with your on-line inquiry by using our sss number and birth date, why all of sudden you have a new requirement? Hey guys, we're just inquiring what we contributed to SSS! Why so strict about this?? There's nothing to lose from your side, unfortunately it's more credited on your side since all the sss members will knew re their loans which are not yet paid!!!
So please, fix this problem ASAP and show us that our government really give importance and support to all Filipinos just like we're all hearing from tv ads, radio announcements, etc. .

where can i make a payment for the contribution of my household aside from SSS branches?
I am not 100% sure if this is available as an added service, but you can inquire from banks near you, for example PNB or One Network Bank, for SSS payments.
What kind of government agency (SSS) we have now?

now i am waiting for my username and password to be distributed through my email but i am almost 5 hours to wait there's nothing sss msg has been sent to my email as it was mentioned earlier when i registered online....ano ito???masabi lang siguro na may website sila...but obviously d naman gumagana wahhhhhhhhh.pina ka worst na dept in the phils ever!..wala pang natatagpuan na magandang chairman eh.peace!

Yes, you can ask your employer a little favor for the RS5. That is what I did when I transferred from a private company to a government office.
panu po un karamihan po samin hindi alam ang employer id kaya hindi kami makapagregister, panu po ba malaman ang employer id without asking the employer

I think you can inquire for the employer ID from the nearest SSS office or from your previous employer (obviously).

Hello! I'm from Dipolog City, and I'm proud to say that SSS-Dipolog personnel are great, accommodating, and friendly. Though i am a government employee but still nag-contribute pa rin ako sa sss kasi their services are far more better than that of GSIS..
Hi! We're from one of the LGUs here in Zamboanga del Norte, and we're members of GSIS. But still nagpa-member pa rin kami sa SSS coz their services are better than GSIS. In fact, lahat kami sa office namin ay member ng SSS together with our head of office. Pito kami dito and we're members for three years now. So far wala akong negative na masabi sa services nila esp sa accommodations nila. They're (SSS-Dipolog) superb and fiendly too. Keep it up guys!

How do I know what is my SBR no. if I always pay in the Bank? And how come we do not need to register and provide all this infos before just to see our contributions online? All we need to do is input our SSS# and complete name and were in. Now, you're making it all too complicated for your members.
mas maganda yung dating sistema nyo na sss# at name lang ang kailangan i input at mabilis na lumalabas ang result kaysa sa ngayon....den mabagal pa ipadala ang password sa email add, hope magawa nyo ng solution ang problemang ito...hindi naman siguro madaling maghula ng SSS# ng ibang tao,the system right now is so slow!!!

ilang beses na ko nag try na mag register online pero laging sagot ng sss is not successful. nagpunta narin ako sa mga sss branches nila pero sabi hindi sila nagbibigay ng print out ng sss contribution. I badly need a copy of my sss contribution for my maternity loan, 2 months ko na pinaprocess to pero walang progress because of their poor service and website as well. PLS lng po sana gumawa ang SSS ng contribution form na carbonless.. Sana ung submission ng R3 through e-mail n lng din katulad s BIR para mas mabilis pati ung payment.
