Feedback Tab » How to Add in Blogger

You may have noticed that Coolbuster » The Power of Information has a new widget placed at the right side of the page. That is the Feedback Tab from www.getsatisfaction.com.

At first, we had a hardtime installing the widget but our persistence brought us a positive result. We were able to install the Feedback Tab successfully. For other bloggers on Blogger to be guided, we are pleased to share the steps, as follows:

1. Sign-up for an account at Get Satisfaction.

2. Fill-up Profile, Products and Companies.

3. After filling in Companies, you will be given a company site address; take note of if or copy paste to Notepad.

4. Copy the following code and insert it to your template, before the </body> tag.

Note: If the code gives you an error after previewing, replace the following:

'http://getsatisfaction.com/stylesheets/feedback.css'

'YOUR COMPANY SITE ADDRESS/feedback'

with these

&#_39;http://getsatisfaction.com/stylesheets/feedback.css&#_39;

&#_39;YOUR COMPANY SITE ADDRESS/feedback&#_39;

Omit the underscore for the code to work properly.

5. This is very important: Do not forget to change the YOUR COMPANY SITE ADDRESS with your own company site address (example: http://getsatisfaction.com/coolbuster) so that the Feedback Page will load.

6. To change the tab color (#093C78 - dark blue), we recommend BrazuColor as your color picker.

Get Satisfaction approves addition of Companies at least 2 days from registration so don't expect that your Feedback Page will load instantly. As we always say, patience is a virtue.
